Update on COVID-19

Burlington County Footlighters continues to do the best we can to plan and perform theatre safely as we navigate COVID-19. First and foremost, we hope that you and your loved ones continue to be safe and healthy. To help with that, we have decided to change some of our policies going forward.

Starting this season, Footlighters will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all eligible individuals who participate in our productions – from audience to actors, directors, teachers, tech and more. We will follow local mandates on establishing a date by which children 5-12 must be vaccinated.

Throughout the pandemic we have shifted to producing on our outdoor Back Stage, streamed filmed productions online, put on productions with masked audiences and even masked performers. We took each of these steps in the hopes of creating a safe environment for all involved. And this latest step continues in that spirit.

Having seen the vaccine mandate practice implemented successfully in theatres around our area and around the country, we are confident this decision will help us continue to operate in the best interest of all participants.

Work is underway on SIGNIFICANT OTHER and MOANA JR., and we’re gearing up for SPAMALOT and more! We look forward to maintaining our safe environment, and to having you with us again.
